Payment & Fees

At Waves Swim School, we aim to keep our payment process simple and transparent for all families.

Term Fees

• Lessons run during school term time only.
• Fees are payable in advance for the full term.
• you will receive an invoice and booking confirmation at the start of each term.

Family Discounts

• Families with three-or-more children enrolled in lessons receive a 50p discount per lessons per child.

Missed Lessons

• We're unable to offer refunds for missed lessons or holidays.

Payment Methods

• Payment should be made by bank transfer using the bank details on your invoice.
• If you need to pay by cash or cheque, this must be agreed with us before the start of each term.
• Payment plans are available but must be agreed in advance.

Late Payments & Reminders

• A reminder will be sent during the first week of the new term if payment hasn't been received.
• A second and final reminder will follow 7 days later.
• If payment (or a payment plan) hasn't been arranged by week 3, lessons will unfortunately be cancelled.
• Payments made 7 days after the start of term will incur a £10 late payment fee.
  

Fees for 2026/2027

Group lesson

• £9.50 - 20 mins (learn to swim, group [max 4]; teacher in the water)
• £9.50 - 30 mins (improvers, group [max 6]; teacher out of the water)

Squad session

• £13.50 - 45 mins (good swimmer wanting to improve; child)

Adult beginners and improvers

• £20.00 - 45 mins (small group [max 4 per lane])
• £50.00 - 45 mins (1:1 Aquaphobia coaching)

Private lessons

• £28.00 - 20 mins (individual lesson; 1:1)
• £38.00 - 30 mins (individual lesson; 1:1)
• £14.00 - 20 mins (individual lesson; 2:1)
• £19.00 - 30 mins (individual lesson; 2:1)
